Stretchy Bind-Off

I like this simple bind-off for an extra stretchy edge. I often use it for shawl edges and the tops of toe-up sock cuffs. It just consists of knitting the next two stitches through the back loops (thus twisting them), then replacing the stitch you just worked on the left needle. When you get to the last loop, just cut the yarn and draw the tail all the way through.
